Owners, John and Susan Boling, founded Glazed Honey Ham Co. of Lubbock, Inc. in 1989. Located on the high plains of West Texas, our original small store sold our signature spiral-sliced Glazed Honey Hams, mustards, jellies and other specialty food products throughout a 26 county area. |

In 1998, the business moved to our current location. The move allowed us to add a sandwich counter, home-style bakery making fresh breads and desserts daily and a federally inspected USDA production facility. In 2004, the product selection expanded to include the full line of Praters smoked meats and side dishes. Today the company operates in two USDA production plants which are federally inspected daily to insure the safety of our products for you.
